REFUNDS

Exit Number Five, the Site exitnumberfive.com and other affiliated platforms do not fulfill refunds on art sales. All art purchased is final sale. Products considered as merchandise (tote bags, t-shirts, etc.) purchased through this website are eligible for a refund before shipment. Please contact me at the email below, with proof of purchase, to arrange a refund. 

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact me at the email below, with proof of defect, to arrange a fix, with proof of purchase and/or certificate of authenticity. However, I reserve the right to not offer you this service if I deem that your request is a form of abuse, exploitation, or other infringement. Please consult our Terms and Conditions.

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Exit Number Five is not responsible for lost, missing or damaged items during transit, weather-related damages or delays. 

Exit Number Five is responsible for your package until it is shipped.
