EXCEPTIONS

 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email below, with proof of defect, to arrange a fix. If we deem that your purchased product can be fixed by the artist, you may ship it to us in its original packaging, with proof of purchase and certificate of authenticity. We will fix it and ship it back to you for free.

However, we reserve the right to not offer you this service if we deem that your request is a form of abuse, exploitation, or other infringement. Please consult our Terms and Conditions.

Exit Number Five is not responsible for lost, missing or damaged items during transit, weather-related damages or delays. 

Exit Number Five is responsible for your package until it is shipped.
